Liquid Gold and Lightning Silver (Limited Edition - Kaleidoscope Collection)
Shortly after sundown is often a time the Darwin sky illuminates at its best - the presence of a storm only enhances the possibility of a broad colour spectrum. Here, the fading light, sunset and storm combination produced a vibrant gold sky casting an eerie, greenish glow on the waves of Nightcliff, mangrove dancing in the wash.
Limited to 20 editions (and an additional 20 small mounted prints) as part of the “Kaleidoscope” Collection - A celebration of Darwin in the Wet. Louise’s first solo exhibition of photographic works, showcasing the elements of Darwin she is most passionate about: the unique climate of the Top End and the natural beauty of Darwin - along with a vibrant splash of colour!
